FTA Licensing & Software Maintenance Service Information

All FTA software licenses are perpetual licenses that provide the right to use the software indefinitely. LTI has updated this service model since the purchase of Fracture Technology Associates in June 2017. LTI provides the following standard support and software upgrades:

LTI is currently providing the first 90 days of FTA Software Maintenance Service included with an initial software purchase. After the initial 90-day period, an annual fee is required to renew your Software Maintenance Service. FTA Software Maintenance Service includes technical support via e-mail and phone from experts at FTA.

An active subscription will be required to purchase add-on products. If your subscription lapses, renewal at a later date will incur fees for the forward service period, any applicable back maintenance fees for the lapsed period, and a reinstatement fee of 25% of the annual cost of the Software Maintenance Service.

Licensing Options
Individual: For testing software, the individual license is intended for use by a single, unique ADwin device. The product may be activated on an unlimited number of computers provided that the product is only accessible to the unique ADwin, identified by its USB Serial Number or MAC Address, as appropriate. Unlimited users can use the testing software product on any computer that is connected to this single ADwin device. A designated ADwin is intended to be operated by one computer’s console by one licensed user at a time. Note that use of FTA Analysis software is unlimited, and the product may be installed on an unlimited number of computers for unlimited users.

License Term
Perpetual: Provides the right to use the software indefinitely, and the first 90 days of Software Maintenance Service is included in the license fee. After the initial 90-day period, an annual fee is required to renew your Software Maintenance Service.

Annual: LTI does not offer annual or short-term FTA licenses.

FTA Software Maintenance Service
The first 90 days of Software Maintenance Service is included with new product licenses. You can continue uninterrupted service in subsequent years by renewing your subscription annually:
